Lines Review No. 63. December 1977. Norman MacCaig & Edwin Morgan. Scottish Poetry Magazine.
A December 1977 issue of Lines Review, Number 63, edited by the Scottish poet William Montgomerie.
Founded in 1952, Lines Review became one of the key journals of modern Scottish poetry, publishing many of the most significant poets associated with the post-war Scottish literary revival.
This issue includes poems by Norman MacCaig, one of Scotland’s most widely read twentieth-century poets, and Edwin Morgan, later appointed Scotland’s first national Makar. Also included is work by Robert Garioch, known for his poetry in both Scots and English.
