Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
International Delivery: 7-14 business days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes Ephemerara is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages Ephemerara is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

International Shipping We currently ship to international destinations at present.
